1. What to include?
Everyday laundry that can be machine washed and tumble dried. Some popular items typically included are t-shirts, trousers, bedsheets and undergarments.

2. How to prepare for collection?
Pack your items in a disposable bag or if you are a Laundry Go Plus loyalty member, in our personalised reusable laundry GO bags. Simply include your name and address on the outside of your bag. No need to count or weigh your items
4. Can I arrange for collection/delivery if I'm not home?
Yes!
If you live in a building with a concierge/reception/porter, our driver will deliver to or collect your order from there.
Alternatively, you can choose to leave it in a safe place by adding a note to your order such as 'Collect from outside' or 'Leave at the door' and include helpful information on the location of the order in the driver instructions section. Please keep in mind that Laundry Go will not be liable for orders left in a safe place.
4. What is your turnaround time?
Great news! You will have your laundry returned within 48 business hours. This may vary if you have a considerably large load. Weekend and express services are available.
2. How do we pay?
Laundry Go has multiple invoicing and payment options. All laundry is weighed and counted following collection, if you have exceeded the pre-paid weight, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment before delivery.

4. How can NDIS participants use Laundry Go?
Our services can be accessed through your self-managed plan, plan nominee or registered plan manager. Our services are claimable under Household Tasks registrations group, under item number: 01_021_0120_1_1 – Linen Service. You must have this item number listed in your plan to claim under NDIS.
We provide you with an invoice after collection which you can forward to your plan manager for payment, or include their details in the booking notes and we can send it directly to them. We have invoicing and payment options.
To get started with Laundry Go as an NDIS Participant:
- Simply make an online booking.
- Complete all of the required participant plan details.
- We will then send you an NDIS Service Agreement.
- Complete the NDIS Service Agreement and email it back to us at: hello@laundrygo.com.au
- Once the above has been completed you can relax knowing that we have you covered.
Our Laundry Go employees are trained in the NDIS code of conduct.
Disclaimer
We take the utmost care with your laundry, each load is machine washed at 30°C and then tumble dried. It's important to keep in mind that it is still possible for garments to shrink in a low-temperature tumble dry. If any item shrinks, this will be considered as normal wear and tear, and Laundry Go will not be liable for this.
